    What are your house specifications? Price range?

  • Depending on the project, PDBPI has various house models and specifications to suit an individual’s needs. Please contact us through telephone numbers (632) 8434366, 8434352, 8434308 or fax number (632) 8928432 or Contact Us.

  • What are the available financing?

    We have easy in-house financing which is available to both locally employed (maximum repayment of 15 years) and OFWs (max. 5 yrs.). To avail of lower interest rates and longer repayment periods, you may opt for HDMF housing loan (for Pag-IBIG members) and from other financing institutions, e.g. banks.


    I am an OFW and currently abroad. How can I purchase your project?

    You should immediately execute a Special Power of Attorney authorizing an immediate relative to transact with us. The SPA should be notarized by the Philippine Embassy or Consulate nearest you.


    What are your requirements for reservation? What are the qualifications of buyers?

    You are required to submit a completely filled-up Reservation Agreement, Buyer’s Information Sheet, proof of income (Any of the ff: latest Income Tax Return, Contract of Employment, Certificate of Employment and Compensation, pay slip, audited Financial Statement) together with the non-refundable reservation fee.

    Additional Requirements for Corporation

    (If President or CEO is the Licensed Real Estate Broker)

    • Registration of the Corporation with Securities & Exchange Commission (1 photocopy)
    • Articles of Incorporation (1 photocopy)
    • Board Resolution stating the name of the person authorized to get the check representing payment for commission and incentives (original)
    • Board Resolution stating the name/s of the person/s, authorized to attend official functions & meetings of the Housing & Land Dev. Division of RLC (original)

    Additional Requirements for Corporation

    (If President or CEO is not a Licensed Real Estate Broker)

    • Board Resolution stating that the Licensed Real Estate Broker & President or CEO must both be jointly the official signatories of all the legal documents pertinent to any sales transaction negotiated by/thru the corporation if acting thru the Licensed Real Estate Broker or entered into by the corporation (original).
    • Joint warranty by the President or CEO and the Licensed Real Estate Broker to notify RLC in writing, thirty (30) days prior to severance of the Licensed Real Estate Broker from the corporation (original).


    Additional Requirements for Partnership

    • Registration of the Partnership with Securities & Exchange Commission (1 photocopy)
    • Articles of Partnership (1 photocopy)
    • In case the other party/ies is/are not licensed Real Estate Broker/s, a jpint warranty by Partner/s and licensed Real Estate Brokers to notify RLC in writing thirty (30) days prior to severance of the Licensed Real Estate Broker from the partnership (original).
